I really appreciated your lesson today on being an LTD versus a cynic. I did not hear the sermon you spoke of, but I agree that Jesus was not holding up his doubt as a positive example for us to follow. I did have the thought, however, that we should be encouraged to doubt the things our culture teaches us, and even church traditions. That's what you often do. Being an LTD means examining everything we believe and practice in light of Scripture. I feel that too many Christians today attend church on Sunday, but conduct their every day lives much like any other American, never even wondering how their lives match up to God's standards.

I enjoy listening to your program every chance I get and I really respect your opinion, I realize that you are not God and I don't take your opinion for Gospel truth.  I believe that you have walked with God and have studied Scripture for a long time, however, and appreciate your insight into scripture

With regard to the angry caller from yesterday who was questioning you regarding homosexual marriage, GOD and the Bible, I think it is clear that the Holy Spirit is hammering away at him.  The caller was mad at you but he was still listening to your program.  Anyone who is that angry, knows deep in his heart that he is wrong.  From experience, I know that to be true. 

I’ll pray that the Holy Spirit gives the caller no rest until the caller has the scales lifted from his eyes, confesses his sins, repents and accepts Jesus Christ as his personal savior.

Hi Bob... I've listened and supported most of your program content for 8 yrs. I love your show.

I think you are a wonderful man of God and a true believer. But I have to disagree with you about Evan ALmighty. It's a compromise. And you know they always start small and look harmless.

My 13 yr old son and I saw the previews. You're right. It looks clean but it's still taking God's Word out of proportion. It's suiting up a mortal man to portray God , to re-flood the world when He said He wouldn't. He even put a rainbow in the sky to remind us. My son said

' Mom this isn't right'. and he's right... Thanks Bob... I still love your show!

 I am a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center of Kenneth Hagin.  I was sucked into this false doctrine at a young age.  I couldn't stand listening to you talk about these guys for a long time until one day it started making sense to me.  Long story short, I pulled my wife and kids out of the abusive church we where attending locally in Westerville over a year ago.  This word of faith church had taken so much from us, including money; but more importantly we where spiritually damaged.  Any way, I just wanted to give you the link and tell you thank you for what you do.  Another family you helped.

With regard to your segment yesterday from 4:30 to 4:45, there really is nothing new under the sun.  The Bible talks about

bestiality and how man should not engage in it and how a woman should not present herself to a beast.  What is seen as an abomination in the Bible is seen as something beautiful in the secular world.  I do think that we are in the end times when what is good is seen as bad and what is bad is seen as good 

I thank GOD every day that Jesus Christ is coming quickly in the clouds to rapture us out of this world and into Heaven with Him.  If the rapture does not happen in my lifetime, then when I die in this world I will wake up to be with my Lord. 

 

I appreciate your dealing with subjects that others don’t want to deal with.  You are right.  We have to be aware of these issues because within a few years the secular world will be embracing acts which are an abomination to GOD.   These issues should also ignite passion within every Christian to get out the Word to a world that is glorifying sin.

I know your heart in regards to warning against those doctrines that are deceiving.  I'm right there with you on that.  I was raised Catholic and then went into Word Faith.  When the Spirit of Christ came into my heart, He prompted me to search for truth.  I could have stuck with the tradition of the old or not questioned the leadership of the new...both out of fear.  But, His love eliminated that fear and gave me the courage to diligently seek the truth.  I praise Him for that!  :)

 If Ms. Pelosi gets the jet she wants to travel between Washington and CA., since there would be so much room on it, she could take some of the 'poor' who might not otherwise get to take a trip on a jet.  No sense wasting all that extra space!    Just a thought!

My problem is this. Bob, you have had 2-3 hours a day to use the obvious talent that God gave you to further His Kingdom. Instead, you have spent the majority of it bashing Democrats. (And a lot of them need it.).  I would literally give my right arm to have 2-3 hours a day in a talk format to share the Gospel of Jesus. Please, Bob, use your tremendous Biblical knowledge, combined with the opportunity you have on 880 AM, to make an impact in eternal things, and not on the politicians who mean absolutely nothing in the big scheme of things. I know when I'm in Heaven, I won't even remember their names.

Hello Bob,

 I just want to say thank you for your outspoken personality on standing for truth and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I've been listening to your radio program for about six months now and have been challenged and encouraged, both my wife and I. Being a native Texan and living here now for approx. 16 months, I've noticed a big change in the culture here in Ohio compared to the culture in Texas, at least some parts of the state since it's so huge! My wife and I attend the ________ Church in Columbus .. Never being exposed to __________ before, we thought we would check it out for ourselves. We really enjoy it and we see many programs and ministry things that they do, but as a discerner and thinker, (sometimes that gets me and my wife in trouble) I have to wonder about their core values not so much on the Gospel but the social aspect of it. From your experience as a pastor, and from what you've been discussing regarding the downward spiral of the church, do you have any wisdom regarding this particular fellowship and do you feel it's promoting the cause of Christ or just helping put a band aid on the cancer in our society.

   I couldn't help but agree with you on your comments about Ted Strickland and how he reminded you of Bill Clinton. I was telling my wife the same thing when he got up to speak on Tues. night! Don't take this the wrong way but I'm glad we're movin' back to Texas but I'll miss your show although we can still listen to you online..

I listen to you almost daily on 880 a.m. and heard you tell listeners to email you for a good bible believing, teaching, preaching home church.  I'm looking for one in or near Marysville. My 12 year old daughter and I moved her about a year ago and we use to attend the Catholic church, but that has left a huge void in my life.  I'm sure you've heard this all before, so I won't bore you.
 
It's a shame that after all these years, I'm 52, I'm just now reading and holding the bible dear to me and I want things to be different for my daughter, also my youngest child.
 
I truly enjoy Charles Stanley and also James McDonald and hope to find a church with a pastor similar to these men of God.

I noticed in the National Review Magazine that a reference to new bishop Schori of the ECUSA noted that she was a marine biologist specializing in squids and octopuses. NR wrote that one cannot heip but reflect, looking down the ranks or the bishops that elected her, that her experience working with invertebrates will prove very useful to her in her new post.
